I have realised it is time to develop a new bag...so a big chunky tote bag was in order...
Two reasons - (1) I have a slight obsession with a bag that holds a lot of stuff ie. change of clothes, nappies, snacks, purse, rabbits, elephants, dinosaurs..
(2) I need a new bag for swimming - I don't mind if it is not waterproof it will dry, it needs to be big plus why not!!??!
So here it is - made again from recycled fabric with a strong strap and sewn together and finished off with a big of overlocking on the inside.. using heavier weight fabrics too for the winter.
It is not lined, is very slouchy and just right to fling over the shoulder and can be put in the washing machine.
In the usual eddie and teddie style it is colourful and fun.....Finally - I have decided to offer a great service. If you have any item of clothing that you no longer want but love it too much to throw away for a fee I will turn it into a bag for you. I can now offer three styles SMALL VINTAGE, LARGE VINTAGE and SLOUCHY TOTE.
